I tested the head ingame, and i realised that the expression on the face doesn't make that diference, cuz the head will more compact.
It really looks cool this way with the eyes looking with no expression.

In the custom folder, save the textures as TGA files with the name they show on file.

only in the custom folder or on a player?(sry for offtopic^^)
