Don't open with media player, open it with toribash.exe

You could try saving a replay into C:\Games\Toribash-3.9\replay (Assuming thats your directory), then opening up toribash and viewing the replay as you would view your own.

Uh, probably don't want to overwrite that, brodog.

Click the replay, click save as, and assuming you didn't do any weird shit when you installed the game, save the file to C:\Games\Toribash-3.9\replay.
