I've came up with some,

you need atleast 100 posts,

2nd dan and over, if you went a couple belts back because the hack tell us.

Post 3 times a day atleast constantly for 5 days before your allowed in.

You will be tested ingame, 3 games or 10 games, (haven't decided) obviously have to win more then you lose.

If you don't agree comment, also
post any of your ideas for rules.

Since the hack, blue belts might be better than 2nd dans etc.

I'd say 100 posts, that extra 20 isn't really relevant.
