I am aware that the answer to this question probably exists somewhere on the forums, somewhere obvious even, but I am asking it here.

I made all the textures and stuff that's on my tori, and I like doing stuff like that, but I wanted to know if there's any programs out there that allow for more easy manipulation. I've got photoshop and that old head-preview program. It took a lot of trial and error to get my shins right.

Anything else out there? Like, free/pirate-able?
