final decision in the clan after hearing the other members
thought about the situation and are the only ones to have
the power to kick out of clan.

Co-Leaders can do almost everything with the Leaders rite-away.
They can also recomend a kick from clan to Leader if they feel
that person is causing too much of a disturbance in the clan.

Elites - a trustworty member of the clan that has been here for
at least 3 months. These are the members able to do a bit more
than members; they can recomend a member to the leaders or co-leaders.
Members - last, but not least, those who just joined or that are here for
a bit longer.
