Black background, yeh it looks much better with that but I felt like it needed some kind of background to make the dark red stand out more.

Please Dirtnapp. This is a 10 min job for a non official clan full of idiots, and I didn't get paid. I really didn't want to use my brains that much.

Freelancer, try drawing boobs, it ''easiness'' the mind. Trust me. :P
Anyway, in truth, making a logo based on the stolen logo, for the sole purpose of showing those people that previous awful logo is really awful, in the community that is only 30 % artistic and 70 % 'bashing'' oriented, really doesn't need that much though about it. Using all available resources on the ''side-jobs-not-worth-mentioning'' is a waste.
If Freelancer was doing serious job for serious money I'm sure he would sit and think and work hard doing something completely different.
This thing, as it is, can be described as: slick but not memorable, 10 min. job done in the pause between lunch and nap. :}

And black-red does goes well in this case. White-red is more of a health-community-welfare hint, then black-red gritty-resistance-squad etc...

Freelancer, clan [Evil] need to have really good logo designed. They are old respectful clan that deserves something original and awesome. I recommend you get in contact with them and made them worthy logo. Something really hot. I'm sure they would appreciate that gesture with some TC.
