Well, methinks I am going to make a new job for you. The job would be named Mentor. Essentially, you'd be a role model for new recruits, help them get situated, etc. This responsibility will be coupled with respect and more, less mundane responsibilities. The only reason I don't want to make you another assistant to the leader is because it was essentially a 1-man thing until the clan got substantially bigger, and Sangriento is already the current assistant to leader D:
