not bad, the vocals are quiet, though. other than guitar, do you have any musical experience?

Yeah, vocals should be stronger. If you support the vocals well, it should fix most intonation issues. Aside from that, just a few tempo issues. Pretty good, though, imo.

not too shabby. you should consider investing in a metronome, though. it would help with all of your tempo problems

Fixing those tempo issues would really help make your music sound more matured.
If you don't want to go out and buy a metronome, and can practice next to your computer, go here: http://www.metronomeonline.com/ ; It's neat because it gives you the classical names for the tempos, too (andante, moderato, allegro, etc.). Certainly helpful.
