[Tex] Abstract Head
Hello there,
I have made my first head texture ever. I don't do art at all. My first attempt at design art ever. I am somewhat proud with it so I decided to post it here.
There are quite a few details you won't see without looking carefully, I suggest you take a few seconds to look over it before posting.
I made the head for MrManiac for free.
I made it with MS Paint.
One layer only, loads and loads of brushing. At least six hours of work (did not exactly count, but yeah, I put effort into it).
So yeah, here is the result:

BenDover gave me some critique.
I'll edit the head a bit.
To do list:
• Better detailed top.
• Square on the back is shit.
• Needs to be more to the left.
• Flower thing in lower left corner needs to be more detailed.
• Highlight the face a bit more.

Ugh, “messy” is a very relative and subjective term I cannot work with.
Many pieces of art could be considered messy.
I partly did that on purpose to represent MrManiac's personality.
And probably partly because I got no art skills at all.
If you don't got anything constructive to say I suggest you don't post at all. :s

Obvious but, if you don't have GIMP yet get it here.

The original is in 512, don't worry, I am no idiot. :P

Hm, first I though: troll attempt. Then read the info bit more, still not sure... Then I looked at that damn thing for 15 min straight tying to find some sense, to see beyond the mess and awful color combination. Then I started blinking with eyes and caching the negative bursts under eyelids, that sub-image it may be hidden in it...
