Pupils passing through class exams
EDIT: CHANGE THE TITLE IN ''PUPILS PASSING TRHOUGH CLASSES EXAMS'', PLEASE
I FORGOT TO ADD IT.
In my country clever pupils are not allowed to take exams for advancing in higher grades. For example, if a child is in the 4th grade but it is able to advance in the 6th grade, he can't to that , even if he could pass an exam.
Should that thing be allowed. Answer , please and sorry for my english.

But what would happen if a very smart child would advance at highscool at only 10-12 years? In my country children go to highscool when they are 15 years old.
