I know what you mean, but that relax-all comment came across to me as being judgmental (of my somehow flawed style or whatnot). So that's why i smack talked, if you can call it that ;)
Ow that what you mean. I didn't mean your style, man. Didn't think about it. It was "Start from relaxed rather than hold", not "don't bring much forces". :/
And it was said only to say "Relax All". Not to make you feel hurt. :/
