grouping orgs with headers, then making moderators to moderate specific groups.

Then Id like to suggest Artists Collaborative be made official. so we can set up a proper Graduation programme to GATA.
and keep the TAS official org around for a bit longer.

We haven't been ignoring your reports and there are far better alternatives to whining about what's happening to you. For example, if he places a bounty which you find offensive, perhaps you could change it yourself. He cannot afford to place new bounties because I have permanently banned his alts and bank. Or if he's posting in your board, you can simply delete his posts. :O
