Lesson nr 1: Think ahead of yourself, try to see the game for a third person perspective, understand what threats and or advantages your opponent has against you, and adapt thereafter.

Lesson nr 2: Offense alone is the same as a suicide, defense alone is playing a rag doll, Deal one head blow, block two, and you will be the one with the most points and the one whit your wrists working.

Lesson nr 3: Dont listen to what other ppl tell you solely, You alone must understand yourself and take the initiative and find your own ways.

Its quite interesting, but why do you not raise the arm (so that you can follow through the motion) and then give uke a straight left in the face while you grab the head from behind instead?
