Hello everyone. I am buying a blue hand flame.

The flame can be on either hand but preferably right.
The color can be any shade of blue but I prefer Marine or Imperial.
It can have any type of gravity except negative gravity. I dont want the flame going downward.
NOT ASKING FOR A FORGE.
My price is 35,000 or lower and 35,000 being an extremely amazing flame.

I dont care if its ugly. I just want a simple blue flame.
