So, in short:

- Clan have territory
- Clan have Clan War with another clan
- Clan gain territory or lose it

Will some clan leaders step forward and post here their agreement to participate in this, after they speak with their clan members.

I counted 6 clans ready to participate so far. I said 16-20, while I hope at least 10-12 that will be sure to participate and not to bail out somewhere in the middle of the event.

Well this event doesn't need to be giant. If we could get maybe 5 or 6 actively participating clans I think it could work out fine.

Of course the more the marrier, not going to argue with that.

Active in the way you don't just lay on the map, but actually trying to expand in some way.
If you want to 'chill', then I can just put any clan I want on the map and let them sleep through it.

Alliances welcomed and allowed.

only half of the clans were actually active during Bojan's previous event because most of you are like:

" WOW KEWL!!11 WE WILL JOIN N 4 SHURR!!! GET YOURSELF READY TO GET YOUR ASSES KICKED BY *another clan*!!!11 "

and whole this bravado/entusiasm/activity dissapear right after event just started.

if you applied for event make sure you can actually take active part on this event..

and why no unofficial clans: if even official clans are like that, what can you expect from unofficial clan? it can dissaper one day after it was formed. And please keep in mind that whole that map and other art work is done by hand and it takes time and effort. Bojan do it without any assistance. So let's try to be reasonable okay? ; )
