I am not calling into question the constitutional rights of said chicken to sit wherever the hell it wants, but its motivation for doing so, what events and general happenstance could possibly have transpired to have led to said chicken to be so indoobidaly perched upon my washing, That is the question that i bring to the clan.

True, true, but the chicken does not have a towel and so does not equate into the answer of life, the universe and everything nor does it, at first glance, figure into the equation at all, being inanimate as it is, however it is perhaps the source of the most fundamental question after all as in how it came to be.
It might just be the question to the answer though.
