Theo and Torio : Your spars are not bad. Try to stay on your foot without helping with hands. Don't extend your hips at maximum.

Hello. This clan has actually only this thread because it isn't official yet.
When it will be, the school will open. That's will be a teaching system in sparring. And we aren't the best, but learning and teaching sparring is the clan objective.

So, there are two questions : Do you know what is sparring (and also, have you read the first post of this thread ?) and do you like that ?

I remove Travor from the clan and we have a new sparrer : Vasori. He is blue belt (and other account white) because he play generaly on SP mod. I have tested him, see the result :
