@Wekmar You're getting there pal Remember to go with the flow and learn to strike more while staying in a better "foot-to-ground" stance. Trick kicking always helps. Or Shadow Boxing.

Trick kicking really improves sparring. Now that I think of it, tricking itself really helps you gather some spar elements like balance, momentum and speed.

You're not a master of balance. Not yet. Don't misinterpret what I said.
