Hello , friends? I'm sure everyone everyone here was a noob at one time, even for some hours. So , let's share our first experience in Toribash. Let's talk both about the forum and the game. How did you make your first TC? How did you manage to learn playing tb? What was your first post? Your first memories? How did you discover Toribash?

I will start:

So, I will start. One of my friends( we were deskmates at that moment, then we entered each of us different highschools) told me that he had found a cool game called toribash.... I told myself: why not to see what's toribash about, so i made this acc and downloaded the game. I didn't like the 3d game, as I couldn't understand how to move my Tori, and I started looking into the menu. There I discovered that you could buy items for tc. And so it started... I made my first 100 Tc fighting into the begginer's room and bought then orc, chrons , items,(it was the period where you could pay 50,000 in order to advertise your shop with a big picture), and made a fast profit. Then I did it again winning a bigger profit. And so I started like Toribash as a marketer.

In 2010 I made my first Youshop, then I got banned 1 year(lol).
I still suck at the 3d game, but I own a big amount of tc..... I will always love this game, this comunity and maybe, sometime, I will learn how to play TB well.

When i first played aikido, i thought i invented the shovel.
It wasn't until my friends pointed out it was the "noobiest" move in the game that i stopped.
I also rarely talked but discovered the forum before Orange belt.

I never knew this.lol

When I first started, I thought a 256x and 512x made your Tori head bigger similar to bobblehead mod. Then I thought that no one used it because it makes it harder to play or easier for the opponent to gain points.

yeah , I remember that. I also bought then a Blue and Light Pack(gold and marine items) for 2,000 TC(i bet it was a glitch in the toribashmarket), unpacked it and sold the items. It was the deal that opened my way....

Well, my account was made in 09, then got into Team Fortress 2 for a few months before I returned and they had those new textures.

I paid 25k for my first head in 09. (I didn't play for very long in 09)

Also yea, the whole clicking joints thing, then i started to use scrolling the mouse wheel.

About the same time i switched from aikido to taekkyon. Which by the way was entirely Dargon's fault

when i was a noob, i used to press space and tick joints at the same time, i thought it had a better effect. and when i was black belt i got introduced to the community by the clan DA(its long gone) and this isn't my first account, i made an account took it up to 2'nd dan, and sold it(it was legal back then).
i used to make tc by making new accounts pawning newbies and sending the tc to my main account. lol

i fucking raped up in jousting.


And also, I didnt really read the chat, and I saw this guy shovel, and I took his move cause it fucking owned.
I just ignored all the spam "nooob" cause I thought it was to someone else.

Then I realised.

Why would you do something like that?
