[20: 32] <@tricerafi> oh congratulation for you i was apply for that position but sadly i got rejected anyway what do you feel when you were accepted as CET member?
[20: 33] <EJM> Well I was very happy when dropkick queried me telling me that I was accepted. I felt like I could be able to not just send out ideas, but to have them become official events for the community's clans.
[20: 33] <EJM> So basically yeah, I was thrilled.
[20: 34] <@tricerafi> i see....you already make 1 event called as Non game improvisations, can you explain little bit more about that event
[20: 35] <EJM> It's sort of a mini-event actually just to keep clans a bit busy. All the clans have to do is to come on one of the storytime channels, wait for us to tell them a subject they should make a story about
[20: 35] <EJM> Then give them the chance to improvise that story
[20: 36] <EJM> After that, we vote on all the stories and see which one is best (and second best)
[20: 37] <@tricerafi> that sound pretty good...but from what i see there are no interest to participate your event,do you have any effort to make many clan interested to participate?
[20: 37] <EJM> There is interest, we actually got 2 stories in from the first hour we started the event
[20: 38] <EJM> Clans still didn't post in the thread, but some already participated
[20: 39] <EJM> But of course, if not a lot of clans enter before the end date, we'll manage something out
[20:40] <@tricerafi> So...what we need to do is go to #Storytime, that sound pretty easy.Maybe my clan will be try it out.is there anyone that inspire you to be CET member?
[20:41] <EJM> Not really, I just noticed the recruitment thread up and sent my app right away
[20:41] <EJM> I had thought of joining before that though, but no one inspired or influenced me to.
[20:42] <@tricerafi> last question do you have any advice that can you share for player that want to be CET member?
[20:43] <EJM> All you have to do is show that you are able to handle the job. People usually think that "Oh yeah all I need to do is be creative and they'll like me".
[20:43] <EJM> It's actually more than that, show maturity, maybe give some event examples....
[20:44] <EJM> And get to know us
