I would give this a go if I wasn't abroad and flying home this weekend. I'll be on the lookout for the next one though.

Rule 5. All content creation, and development tools are allowed. (3dsmax, Photoshop, Flash, etc)

Rule 6.Source code must be included.

Does rule 5 mean that software like Rpgmaker and Gamemaker would be allowed? And if so, what would happen to rule 6. Since these game making programs don't require source to be written.
