can someone teach me other style of shading and how to do it?

The rest I did make brush spam, due to I had to leave, like I said read, the side, I did not want the side to look like that, but I had to. Limited time.

And for the head, the nose looks like it is a pig, the hair is a little pixelated. One of the hairs on the left side, nearest to the nose ring looks messed up (right side of the nose if you are the guy). Its that small piece of hair. (looks like lightning is striking). Other then that the head looks good. Continue
