Everyday, when I go ingame, everything is fine. Then, for a few hours, I go offline and shut down my PC. But when I come back on, ingame doesn't work, I try to join servers which don't require any QI and I even try to create servers. But in the middle it just says ''NOT CONNECTED''

Please help me.

It is persisting. It's like every day after 4:00 PM, it stops to work.
Today, I didn't even go offline.

It's your net connection, or more specifically the ISP. They're blocking the required ports during 'peak hours' to free up traffic for normal http stuff. Only thing you could really do is switch providers to someone less draconian.
