No to nsfancy, yes to iPoor under a probationary period.
The entire reason I've been accepting lower belts is because we needed the members, but as it has already been stated, our numbers has grown, and we can afford to be more picky again. It is for this reason that I am going to start slowing down the acceptance of members. However, even though iPoor is a lower belt, he is relatively forum-active for his low belt, which makes me curious to see what he can bring to the table. I added a biography and a "what can you contribute" section to the application, an idea that I think will help us be more picky with our applicants.
Also Simon, I think that you may have misinterpreted what iPoor has/had said. I don't see that he was ever being disrespectful and it was kind of unfair for you to blow up at him. He was just asking if he should add a biography and stuff, because if it was unnecessary he didn't want to go through the effort and spend the time on something that wouldn't affect his acceptance. I hope you can move on past that, but if you have any serious problems, you're welcome to message me about it and we can work it out.
