You get moved up the clan groups basically by being an active member in [elite] and contributing to the clan. You get out of the probationary period by proving that you're forum active. You get the Warmonger group if you're really good at playing Toribash and want to initiate/accept clan wars. Finally, you get into the Seekrit Cirkle by being active in the clan for a very long time, because you gain access to the seekrit forumz.
