I thought that it would be interesting if I kept a tally of the progress of the clans recruiting (and who did the recruiting). Perhaps if I see that someone does a well enough job and I have the resources, I'll reward them for their actions. Also on a more obvious note, I will be using this to keep track of recruitment in order to judge who deserves the title of "recruiter."

I am starting to judge recruitment abilities from when I posted this thread simply because people may not have known that they could actively recruit other players with my permission, or they didn't think to bother to, or perhaps there were other reasons that led them not to begin recruiting.
I know who's been bringing in lots of recruits, and I also know who's been bringing in the quality recruits, but what I want to see is who can continually bring me the best applicants possible.
