It was good.
At the start, when you fell on your hands it looked bad.
From there to some point you were really slow.
First punch looked weird.
The backflip off the thingy was good but the landing on like 2 toes was bad.
When you had your back to him and started kicking looked awkward.
The spins on your hands were good.
The pose was awkward.
7/10.

August Ames didn't die for this
Oh, for Christ's sakes.

Jmoze, don't post a replay here if you're not gonna give any CnC to the previous person who posted a replay.
In this case, it would be Elvis.

PleasePleasePLEASE read the rules.

Yeah sorry about that Alai. In the end, that thread was a big middle finger to all of the people unable to provide CnC correctly (as if I'm any good at it).

Thread is re-stickied. I guess this is actually pretty important. People are improving off of this thread. What a ride that was.

Nooooooo, Keeeeen, not you too!
You have to CnC the person who has previously posted a replay before you.
(In your case it would be elvis)
Zeroback V2: Your first step lacked a bit of timing, but the rest of the run was quite good.
I liked your balance, but you looked very akward at around 685 because both your hips were contracted.
You ghosted through your right arm right after that.
The transition to the pose was enjoyable but felt a bit twitchy.

oh yeah
@Kengee
First of all, I didn't like the run. If you would have spaced for another turn while bending down at the start it wouldn't have been so "high". I also think running looks at its best when you don't contract the hips all the way up, cause you know, who runs with theirs knees to their chest. The first jump and punch was all good. Then your left knee started spassing out which looked pretty bad. The twist was pretty ok but before you landed on Zero you extended both the glutes and contracted the hips. A combo that really looks bad.
The last punches was nice but the transition into the pose was bad.

Here's a replay me and Pusga pulled together.

Oh, don't worry, pal. ;)
I see you two have posted the same spar, heh.
Easier work for me. \o/

Pusga -
You had a a pretty smooth flow going throughout the replay. However, sometimes you reversed your flow by stopping it completely and then rotating into another direction.

How to prevent this in the future

It would look better if you try to keep your flow constant and smooth. Try to stay on your feet and keep your balance. Don't lean too far into one direction.

Some of your hits looked good, but most of them threw you off balance a lot. And, they also look very unplanned, as if Jisse didn't know what you were going to do.

How to prevent this in the future
Before you throw a hit, make sure you plan ahead. Tell your partner what you'll be doing, where you're aiming, how fast the hit will be, etc. It helps a lot when you plan a hit. It helps you know whether or not you should throw the hit or if the hit will throw you off your balance. The balance issue - As I've said about your flow, make sure you don't lean too much into one direction. You could easily lose your balance in that type of position, especially when you're throwing out a hit. Make sure you have support as you throw out the punch/kick. For example, if you want a nice, fast punch, make sure your legs are positioned in a way that could help you follow through with another movement, or possibly throw out another punch.

Your movements were pretty good. The balance issue really threw off all of your style. Some led to a nice gain in flow, while others slowed it down a lot.

How to prevent this in the future
Again, work on your balance. Every movement has an opening to new movements. Some can be good, others can mess you up. Try to make sure that when you're maneuvering into a different position, make sure that you can make something out of it. Be it from gaining more speed and flow to throwing out a hit. Make sure that you don't get stuck when moving. For example, when your fit skids across the ground or even gets stuck, or when your hand hits the ground while your rotating. These can kill your flow immensely, and you should try to avoid them. (However, some hand plants are good for recovering your balance)

Mainly, you need to work on your balance, keeping a smooth flow, positioning and planning your hits better, and avoiding bad movements.

Jisse -
You had a great amount flow going throughout the whole spar. However, you got stuck at on point and slowed down your flow a lot. Also, at the end, you completely killed it with that jump. Not much to improve in this category, just make sure you avoid interrupting your partner's movements because it could lead to interrupting your movements as well.

Your hits flowed in quite well, and they were also smooth. Couldn't see much wrong with them, except one hit that made you stuck. (Oh no, getting lazier to be more detailed)

Your movements were good. Each one led to gaining flow and a nice hit. Good job.

Sorry about getting lazy on the CnC for you, Jisse.

Here's a very short spar Zeroback and I made.
We would've continued, but, sadly, he had to go.

that was a good spar kershner. nice to meet you btw. your flow for the most part was good except for when you stood still for a while. also your arms were a bit stiff some parts of the spar, try leaving them relaxed but always moving accordingly to what your body is doing. other than that id say it was pretty good and realistic on your part. good job. well heres a self spar i just made its been a while since ive played im still a bit rusty.
