Just try to contract both elbows and make one of the hands grab the wrist of the other hand, it should dm.
When it dms, grab it with the tip of your hand. That way when you swing your arm for the throw it will actually be as if you had a longer arm, thus giving you a more powerful swing.
Try to reach the highest speed you can when throwing.
