Skyrim on ultra graphics = 60 fps when recording

i got pc that i mod'd and it resulted:-
70% more speed for shader(60-63)
90% speed in raytrace(it runs raytrace smoothly,40-60 fps)
100% in heavy games.
Such as tf2: full fps no lag
Battlefield no lag
Left4dead no lag
etc

inb4 mah ratings NOT FAKE.

Could you tell me how to make a server?
Also, servers don 't need good computers because my friend, with the shittiest pc can run a server.

Ok cool. Go on cr.eternalcracked.com its really cool. Type "/plotme auto" to get a plot of land to build on.
