Quite simply, because normal titles doesn't provoke as much curiosity as weird
names does, like flubbah said. "New replays." really isn't as interesting as, say
"This thread does not exist, and definetly doesn't contain ANY replays at all." is.
Besides, it's a CHALLENG to keep thinking of new weird titles.

Provocative? Well, i'm not one to say whether you should be provoked by the usage
of the word "Penis", but personally, i think of it more as unsuitable (For minors etc.)
