half russian users ip blocked.
ok. we got one motherf#cker called Dramer.
he made this thread on rus forum, and then lots of guys was ip blocked.

Im confused parts of russia are banned but think about this PROXYS its easy to use a proxy it wont make a difference

And dramer said that he is still here via proxy.
So Dramer is here and common users - not.

Thats not an option and not effective.

Basics of DDOS #1 - The infected/zombie machines actually doing the attack are in Russia & various areas around it. Blocking the person doing the attack doesn't stop the attack from happening, you have to knock out the zombies.

invade. Dramer can not be banned on rus forum cause of using proxys too. I'm asking all russian players to be patient, I guess we're all will be unbanned in time. By the way I am banned too, so I can not do my job well without normal access to links, spoilers, searching options and other stuff via proxy. So I want you guys to be patient.
