Eu pensei a mesma coisa, então fui olhar nas regras de mercado, e cheguei a uma conclusão, se quem fez a head ou comprou ela, declara que ela é free, quer dizer que todos podem usar, e ao mesmo tempo, ela não vai ser de ninguém, então voce não pode vender uma head que não foi voce quem fez, ou comprou.
então fui no IRC para ter certeza
