Anything Wacom. But this is not a magical tool, you actually have to know how to spell to "art".

This is good but it feels like she is a string puppet being pulled up from the head.

Well done, shading and details are great is not spot on.
I would've personally made it more crisp on the scenery a tad bit.
Other than that, it's lovely. 8/10
