Dear friends, after so much thought I diced to share with you something that enters the domain of private stuff.
Some of you might asked yourself how the hell Bojan learned to draw and all that stuff he do, what was he doing before that and what were his beginnings?
How come he has such imagination and what influenced him while he was younger?

Well, on this thread is the answer. I decided to share some of my past with you, and it is raw, naive, stupid and sucks, but I'm not ashamed of it, and I'm ready to took you on this trip down the memory lane.

So, without much delay, here are some comics I was doing while I was in elementary school, and later in high school. These are just parts of it, since I have lost much of the stuff during the civil war that happened in my country during the 1992, and I scanned just excerpts because scanning the whole stuff would be too much...

Attention! All comics are on my native language and you probably will not understand nothing what is written in them, but I'll explain what was all about it under every spoiler with scanned images. Also, images are big and not processed (raw).


FIRST COMIC - THE MONSTERS



Ok, where to start? Lol, this was the longest and most oldest series of comics I have ever made, spanning on 250+ issues that I have started to draw since I was 10 years old.
Story was simple - there wasn't any. Three guys (based on cartoon I watched called:Inhumanoids were fighting monsters basically from the starting pages. No story, just raw clash, with gadgets, machines and stuff these guys have made to fight them, in water, in air, underground, in space, and in one episode, even in Bermuda triangle dimension of death! XD
I would bought pack of felt markers in colors and draw a comic that was either 20 or 30 pages long, as those felt markers lasted usually. By the end of the episode they would destroy half the world (or half of some other planet) just waging a full scale war on monsters.
Episode would end by one big fight with ''boss' monster (just like Power Rangers) and then, the whole thing will start over on some other planet, dimension or place on Earth.
Later, comics got sophisticated, so there was a intro story, general that was giving them mission, and then later a omnipotent being in the huge cylinder (yeah, Power Rangers again).

Finally, it ended when I got bored to draw same thing over, and over and over again. The Monsters shut the gates of their orbiting platform forever after so many seasons of pure action and slimy gore.

I'm still not sure did the comic was called The Monsters because the team that fought monsters were monsters themselves or just.... Well, this is deep, even for me. XD


TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES - TMNT - Bootleg style XD



Oh, yeaaah! TMNT Bojan style!
First, although these comics had turtles in it, they were so 'out of the TMNT setting' that it was hilarious. Every episode was simple (just like the Monsters), Shredder and Krang (or, how was the name of that brain from dimension X) attacks them, they fight, Shredder lose, show over.
But, although we saw that in cartoons, TMNT in these comics were so ridiculed and satirical that it was a genre inside the genre. If you could just read this scanned full episode you would laugh your ass off.
These TMNT were so bootlegged that it was their main thing. Many episodes were drawn (probably 30+) and later it became so satirical that some acters would die, or lost their limbs, only to resurrect and grew them back in next comic.
Second, episodes became much darker later, so it was totally normal to have Splinter's legs cut off, he bleed to death while April cry over him just to be shot by some gang, then turtles do even much more gory stuff to avenge them. Next episode, all are alive and well, just to be dispatched by some other gruesome way from my sick imagination so the story of revenge could be used again and some more guys die till end.
But, that became boring too. So, last episode was never finished...
Bye, bye, my 'anger and stress relievers' of problematic childhood.

AVANGARDA - Comic: THE MEETING



So, finally I was ready to make some stories of my own with characters from mine imagination, it was a time to leave copy-pasting of things that were surrounding me, and use creativity.
Thus - THE MEETING, comic about world inhabited by animals that are evolved, can speak and build anachronistic technology and have their agendas and lives.
Story was following two young dog pilots, Bip and Bap, that were doing some transport work for the local mob. They got in trouble, had to leave town and go to the desert, where their flying ship fell due to malfunction.
There they met some strange animal cult that was led by human! He was an astronaut that fell on that planet (seams Planet of the Apes was a bit influential) and started to teach other animals about socialism. Yeah, you read it correctly, this guy was bringing socialism to the animal planet. Strange?
Wait till you hear the rest....
So they had some adventures in desert, fight some mutated rhinos to get to the jungle where they met cat-amazons! Bip fells in love with one of them and they make a new tribe. Socialist tribe, that is! Where all animals are equal and share all their stuff.
Somehow mob guys and military guys from the town find them and attack them, so his best friend Bap is killed, village destroyed, many dies. Only Bip, human and cat-amazon Indira survive.
They mange to get back to town, somehow infiltrate the main TV building and then human (which is called Najob, guess who that was) emits his big speech about socialism to the whole town, that manage to start one big riot and upraise of all animals. Bad guys dies, our heroes start a new chapter in the animal evolution, and Najob gets married with furry wolf-girl.

Do, I really have to comment this? I better not. It's too embarrassing...
