#1 - To be honest I'm not sure. Ideally I would like it to look as it does on the reference, whether that'd be realistic or something else. Up to you entirely. If you feel more comfortable with cartoon then by all means try a cartoon version.

#2 - Of the same gender that is shown on the reference.

for the crysis head can it be cp using those images
if so im definitley gonna do it.

I supplied large images of the crysis request so people could see clearly the specific details/colours/etc that could be included on their attempt. NOT so they could simply copy and paste the supplied images. I'm assuming that answers your question.
