Berc: The face was going well, but the additions of darkness and the glowing of the eye haven't panned out well. I suggest when you do textures while following a reference, that you look more closely at it, and follow most details. The hair doesn't fall over the human side, but instead the beast side. There is a divide between where the darkness begins, and where the glowing effect begins. The hair; well I'm not sure what to say about it. I suggest you look in the mirror and look at your own hair, or an image online. The mapping of the darkness on the top of the head (on the hair) isn't great. The darkness remains on the face, it doesn't affect the hair as much as you've done.
If you would like, after reading this, to try and fix it, then I will wait.
