Having internet problems at the moment and I'm unable to play online games without constant pinging and disconnecting. I think I've only ever sparred once, not really my thing so I wouldn't be able to explain anything there as I lack experience from that point of view.

In a few of my tuts in mods I'm bad at I ask people to fight in that mod and give tips and what I did was use that footage and talk about the tips etc
