Or not?

It's just preliminary testing of game mechanics before opening of full beta.
Maybe I'll find a spot to squeeze you in.

Post some TB replay in your fight thread and we can start. There is no problem if someone is inactive. Do you see me running to forum do post resolves immediately as people do their moves? No.
Like them, I also play it when I can. Forum games doesn't have to be 'right on time'.

But, if someone doesn't respond for a week, then we have to resolve the situation forcibly.
1. Scraped for now. I'm Testing will card damage values ever exceed 50 HP of damage needed for critical organ damage, and how much of that value is getting close to that.
Example: You were very close to do it with regular card, but only because your perk was involved. It seams, basic cards will never be enough to really damage someone. With the STRENGTH rule on, you would have 85 damage dealt (half of that is 42.5 which is still lower than 50). I would like to be it this way, to present that BASIC DECK is really obsolete when you need to hurt or kill someone.

2. As I said, ORIGINAL characteristics dictate those things, not the added value given by perks. So, answer is no.

3. Have effect of healing time. Every bruise = 8 hours of healing real time. Generally, someone who is really beaten up would have to rest day or two on the map. :}

I hope these answers were helpful.
And it should stay like that, so only when you learn some wushu style you start to be dangerous. :}
That why, low skilled players would need to evade fights with some wushu masters, you know. They would be able to beat wushu master (cause some bruises), but in return they would probably emerge from those fights with broken bones or some bad organ damage. >;}

No more than 10. That is my limit. Also, I really need to find assistant to play those NPCs and do resolves for some fights.
Another one about the cards. I know that the "out of breath" card balances out the amount of cards on both sides. However with the counter-attack cards being deployed right after a successful block or dodge, the other opponent will still have an extra card (with equal stamina). Lets say i survived willys fatality card for some reason, would he still be able to play his fourth card or would it have gone to Turn II ?
Yes, he would, and you would be defenseless against it with your short breath card. That's why, when you play counter attack, always do targeted attack, to do critical damage to opponent and by that gain advantage when you, later doesn't have any response. When you do critical damage to his limbs, all his attacks that use those limbs are low and medium. If you damage his ability to block (his block mod halved), you also gain advantage.
It's a tactical game. Risks and gains...
