I really like this head may I see a in game pic? It looks like it has a mass amount of lines for no reason or maybe it's to help with the detail effect?

detail effect.drag it on your screen and use it with watermark.

Although I would do the same why not use a realistic style than a cartoon style.
Next time choose different colours.
Like for skin use Titan or Camo
Then for blood use a dark red thats almost like brown and black.
Pretty nice.
Didn't check mapping.
