Imo, this was awesome.
You put a lot of effort syncing lapfox, I've dropped so many projects working with him. The parts where you used more than 1 camera angle for each replay was the way everyone should take notes on. It's nice to see transitions other than fade in and out, but they still need to be worked on, preset transitions in sony vegas are ugly
I'd reccomend using a different font, and maybe adding some transparency to it, to make it look better.
