Anderson Silva vs Chris Weidman UFC Champ fight
Well, I was rooting for Anderson Silva. He got cocky and started trying to play mind games on Weidman, which got him knocked out cold.

The main reason I'm so mad, is that this man was the first to knock out Anderson Silva. And he was a wrestler! Ridiculous!

If you saw the fight, I'd love to hear your opinion on what went wrong for Anderson, or right for Chris.
Moved to the right place... Next time hit the report button kids, backseat moderating/posting uselessly will only get you all infracted.
I meant to click Off Topic.. I guess I hit discussion. My fault. Honest mistake.

Jsnuff: Randy Couture was 40 when he moved down from Heavyweight after winning a title there and won another title at light heavy weight, and fought in championship matches 4 times while he was there. Age is no excuse.

Apex: He wasn't really being cocky. If you've seen his other fights, or the pre-fight show, you'd know he's a gentlemen after every fight. What he does is to get into the fighters head. He just got a little out of control with it, which resulted in him getting knocked out. I can also credit Weidman's patience. He wasn't getting mad or swinging wide while Anderson was doing all of this.

I think the ultimate demise of Silva came when he faked getting rocked. I believe if hadn't have gone that far, he wouldn't have been knocked out there.
The man was cocky, Never undermine them....Silva is an amazing fighter no doubt but yeah if your going to be cocky this is the result.
