So two little side to side suggestions
Permabanned accounts
Seeing as a lot of perma'd accounts have quite a bit of tc (exp. venuk) So instead of it just sitting there while we go past the 500,000,000tc cap (ishi spoke about that) and having a bit of inflation in the economy why not just sink it?

If that user gets unbanned he shouldn't be awarded all of his things back because obviously he had to of done something wrong(unless it's a "under investigation" ban because then we don't know if they did or didn't do anything wrong)

How much tc is in circulation
So I was thinking about a "timer" like thing that keeps track of how much tc is in circulation, wouldn't be very useful but would still be a neat thing to see.
Maybe a link like

Oh, we have statistics about the toricredits in circulation. You just have no access to them. :P
Users still own the TC. Taking them away is very invasive and we like to avoid that. Also, only active users can affect the inflationrate, therefore sinking toricredits of banned accounts is rather pointless.

and I thought banned accounts/in-active accounts tc would count towards the tc in circulation

Existing TC does not equal TC in circulation.
They actually have to circulate to be in circulation. If they just sit around uselessly they don't affect the inflationrate at all.
Seeing as users have sold 10k tc per 1 USD for a very long time now, the inflation rate is pretty stable and there is no need for drastic changes.

Ah, yeah I guess it would make sense for it to circulate to be in circulation ;o
And then why do people always bitch about there being a huge inflation

First of all, sinking TC that's not in circulation does not reduce inflation.

5.2% of all TC is in banned accounts. Roughly 3% of all TC is circulated every week within the shop.

Banned accounts don't make a scrap of difference either way.
