He seems like a nice guy but I can't trust him to be active on the forums at all, and we have enough in-game active members so I really want to get some more forum-active ones. That way we can start to organize events and have people actually participate in the damn things.
Also his application left a lot to be desired; it didn't really look like he put much time into it.

Because they're impatient

They're either already in a clan by the time I judge them because they've accepted an invitation after applying or hope to leave their current clan to join ours. The first circumstance is much more common, but in Thii13's case, it was the second. I'm still going to say no, though, as I would have before.
