i don't know why it was added since it's quite useless thing anyway. i believe it should be replaced by something useful...

let's say you will had to pay some amount of tc to be able to upload a clan icon, and may be only clan leaders will be able to do that etc

i'm sure alot of clans official and unofficial would love to have their own clan icon displayed next to their name.

This is how it's done on some other forum. Just a little logo of your clan, probably doesn't take much bandwidth.

A lot of people (moderators, people on the market, et cetera) use the achievements button to check how much TC that person has, it wouldn't be the best idea to have that removed & replaced.

This feature should only be available to official clans.
I think the mood feature is a bit irrelevant, maybe the clan image could take its place and have the mood moved to the public profile or something.

yes, we definitely need something so fl0w people can have their clan displayed 4 times next to their username.

Only way I could picture it to be useful is as method to sink TC, similar to the usertitle shop.

We could call it the overflow. Actually, we tried it before and it looked a bit sloppy. You couldn't even see the avvy or join date under all the flow icons. Maybe as a jquery tag cloud?
