overlay is so bad i cant
i dont approve of most overlays period
the flashes are so subtle it just doesnt even look good
add some fade in/fade out to the flash

not only is it good to have a good flash to go with your sync, but you also have to have it where it needs to go, you know? the sync is so off. idk what program you use but i think its time to learn how to use it.
