Ah ok i got it, so (just an example)
I recruit a player named mrmrgamer (just a made up name)
i have to test him first to see if he's good or not
if he is good then he shall apply on the recruitment thread after i am done inviting him i will tell him:

Crack11: Are you sure you are going to be active?
mrmrgamer: Yes im sure.
Crack11: 100% sure?
mrmrgamer: yes! im sure.
Crack11: if you are sure then prove yourself worthy. By posting on the clan thread at least 2 or 3 times a week if you fail then you shall be punished by kicking you out of the clan.
mrmrgamer: alright alright i promise.

a few weeks later...
Crack11: hmmm gamer you seem to be active, i knew you wouldn't let me down just make sure to be active and post 2 or 3 times a week!
mrmrgamer: I'll do whatever i can to make you happy crack

You see, in this example i did force. Im about 85% sure that this is gonna work.... this is my example in recruiting active members. What do you guys think?
