I don't think that's the case. This isn't like you encounter them and get to use a move. The legendary bird you encounter must be found about 10 or so times until you reveal the Seafoam island that it will let you enter. It's a new feature.


Also just used Super Training for the first time raising an Adamant Blaziken. How awesome. It's level like 39 and I'm completely done EV training it. Throwing soccer balls at Blow Up Balloons is a million times faster and more fun than classic training.

I'm too poor for XY. So I'm stuck with SoulSilver, new ev training seems cool the old system was an absolute nightmare

Machamp is UU not OU

The only benefit he gets out of No Guard is landing Dynamic Punch and I guess Stone Edge

He is outclassed by plenty of fighting types in UU, like Heracross or Mienshao



Also Mega Gengar might be too OP for Ubers.

Also Jolteon is an incredibly strong Pokemon so that Eevee safari is sweet. Flareon finally got Flare Blitz too, which she desperately needed.

The entire time, but at the cost of effort points and what not. You won't get the bonus +1 stat or +2.

For Gengar if you have MegaPunch your ATK will get more effort points the more you faint pokemon with it, but this is only effective if it has a decent nature and wearing the Black Belt I think.
