Hey guys. Made a spar with Jtsparks. My run was a bit messy but it got better from there in my opinion.

Indeed the spar after the run was getting better, i really suck at judging so i'll talk what you should done better, in your run you used chest right? don't use the chest only the pecs. When the guys kick you around the frame 1100 i don't remember well, your neck looked weird in my opinion you should relax your neck it may be better and after the kick you should fall and stand up because after the kick you did something that wasn't good.

That's what i think but if you train you will fix all of your mistakes.

P.S: During a run your lumbar need to be relaxed.

Thank you Fancy and Victor for your opinion. I will take your advice onboard and work around it.

Okay, I spent a while working on running and using what advice I have been given and this is the outcome.

What can I improve upon now if you guys don't mind me asking?

Oh that running was a lot better than the running in the spar, in the first frame i see you just extended one pec and contracted the other pec in the first frames and you don't changed but in the middle of the running i think you were doing correct but watch out man don't use the chest and don't use the lumbar during a run.
