Nope, he's some japanese guy who was trying to pull off this shoulder throw thingy in quick aikido. I haven't seen him since then.

What is the most important for you in aikido and aikido-like mods: I love to suplex and use the opponents momentum against them with as much realistic movement as possible.
I accept doctrine/philosophy of this org: Yes definitely yes.

P.s Please let me know what replays are good and which ones don't quite meet Bushido requirements. Or what kind of replays you want to see.

replay 3 is the closest to what we are looking for.

i don't see arm swaps, i don't see arm locks
too much space between you and opponent
i see no dq by head inside the dojo

atleast 2 replays had straight arms suplex
OK what do you mean by arm locks? like grabbing the elbow and locking the opponents arms?

No, do not try for contracted wrists, we do not accept those replays at all in your application.

Google 'arm locks' and then try and do that in Toribash.
Arm locks as in an armbar or a kimura in judo/bjj? Don't know what holo and snake meant by that.

As snake said, keep them close to you while executing the throw. It will allow you to create more momentum and it looks much more realistic.
