The mouth is awesome.
The tentacles on the back are awesome, but I don't like the part where the tentacles stop and the skin begins, that half-circle shape. It's too plain, try mixing it up a little.
Not sure if I like that little grey spot on the side, try making it more subtile.
Thanks, I am fixing the eyes now, but I don't know what half-circle that are you saying.

it looks nice, and creepy (yes ofcourse because it's a monster head) also nice shading there.
